What are your fees?
As we customize our service to each individual client’s needs, we ask that you contact our office directly at 239-649-4070. This way we can discuss your specific needs. We are confident that you will find our fees both reasonable and competitive.
What insurance companies do you file claims with?
We have experience with all the major players, for example, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Avmed, Vista, Golden Rule, Humana, Florida Medicaid as well as Medicaid HMO’s Wellcare, Amerigroup, Prestige, Citrus, and Universal to name a few.
How do you file claims?
We file claims electronically through our new Web Based Billing Program, which scrubs claims immediately for errors. It is also linked to the coding sites so it is always up to date with the very latest codes. Paper claims can be filed when necessary.
How often do you file claims?
Claims are filed on a daily basis. We want you to get your money as soon as possible.
Do you verify benefits?
Yes, we can verify benefits. We have a link on our site where clients can complete a form online to submit to us.
Do you bill Medicaid and their HMO plans?
Yes, we have experience with all the major Medicaid HMOs.
Do you bill for facility fees?
Yes, we are experienced at billing for the use of the facility separately from the global claim.
I'm a new midwife with no insurance experience, can you help me?
Yes, we can guide you through the entire process and help you with your insurance clients.
What do you bill?
We bill for every service that you provide either globally or itemized, depending on the type of insurance and any contracts you may have. Our goal is to ensure you are reimbursed correctly for all the services that you provide.
Do you have experience with self-insured plans?
Yes, we are sometimes able to get Self-Funded plans to cover services that typically fall outside the terms of a policy.
