Our company was founded in 1998 by Caroline Silva. Pregnant at
the time, she was looking to start a home-based business so she
could be a stay-at-home and working mother.
With years of medical billing experience already under her belt, the
idea to start her own company in the same field blossomed when her
midwife mentioned problems she was having with insurance
companies. Caroline offered to help, and the business has grown by
leaps and bounds just by word-of-mouth referrals alone.
Since that time, Caroline has attended many seminars both to learn
more about the industry and even to train others. She and those who
work under her guidance firmly believe in the specialty, and strive to
achieve the reimbursement and recognition for the midwives and
birthing centers that they deserve.
